GROW Networks and Groups
GROW Compact Action Network
The GROW Compact Action Network commenced in 2014 as a direct result of the consultations for the GROW Strategic Plan. Formerly known as the Social Procurement Network, the members developed the inaugural GROW Compact, supported the development of the Alcoa Social Procurement Toolkit, and have been instrumental in all GROW research around procurement. Founding members include Barwon Water, City of Greater Geelong, Deakin and Karingal, and the Network has now expanded to include representation from all Compact signatories. It currently has 40+ members.
The purpose of the Compact Action Network is to support the knowledge and practice of social and local procurement of all GROW participants.
